Population Served
High School: Own Your Learning
For high school students preparing for what comes after graduation, whether that’s college or going straight to work. This pilot creates short, flexible learning activities that fit into the programs schools and youth organizations already run, helping students learn how to drive their own learning.
Post-Secondary: Work-Based Learning Experience
For college students from multiple disciplines early in their degree journey, this pilot gives them real work experience making a significant contribution to the problem being addressed by an open source project, working on real teams, with real deadlines and real feedback.
College Grad: Career Intelligence
For college grads from multiple disciplines entering the job market, helping them develop their durable capabilities in the context of the job search. The experience guides them through two levels, Know Your Niche and Own Your Search, to help them develop Superagency and Human Value in the job-search process.

Current Workforce: AI-Readiness Professional Certification
For working professionals whose jobs are being reshaped by AI, people who are still employed but can see their role changing underneath them. This pilot, in partnership with De Anza College, helps them build new skills and pivot their careers without having to quit their jobs to do it.
How the Pilots Work Together
The pilots are testing one framework at four points in the learning pipeline, using the same experimental design and methodology. What changes is the population, the partner context, and the institutional structure.
